  • I want to edit my order.
    We are happy to make changes to your order! Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order ID and updated ASAP. Do note that we are unable to make changes to your order once it is packed.
  • I have a problem with my order.
    We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery and be sure to provide photos of the affected items so we can best assist you!
  • Shipping Policy
    To ensure that your parcel is properly delivered and within the time frame, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
  • How are the shipping rates calculated?
    Standard Shipping Orders below SGD $50, SGD$10 for delivery Orders more than SGD $50, *FREE delivery*
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 working days. However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
  • Return Policy
    Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to offer refund or return. However, if you wish to cancel or edit an order prior to shipping, or have any questions, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    Currently, only PayNow is accepted. Step 1: Select PayNow QR checkout on the website Step 2: Once selected, you will be directed to the Checkout page, which will display the PayNow QR code for the order amount. Scan the QR code using the Scan and Pay function on a PayNow-supported banking app. Step 3: After scanning the QR code, you can then proceed to complete the payment on your banking app. Step 4: Once you’ve completed the payment, you’ll see an instant order confirmation for your purchase.
  • Do discount codes expire?
    Yup, all discount codes comes with an expiration date at the time of issue, so do use it fast once voucher is claimed! :)
  • How do I contact you?

  • Do you have a physical store?
